Hi! I’m Montana Rae

I'm a commercial real estate broker, designer, project manager, property owner, and business founder with over fifteen years of experience in sales and digital marketing. My practice brings a focused, service-first approach built on communication, research, and an intimate knowledge of the Denver market.

Backed by the expertise of boutique Denver firm Henry Group Real Estate, I provide full-spectrum service to help my clients achieve their goals, from brokerage to development to customizable property management.

I work in various asset classes, including mixed-use development, retail, healthcare, office, industrial, multifamily, and land. My clients are buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants.

The broad strokes of my practice allow me to serve my clients throughout their lives, as no two people or assets are the same. My goal has always been to work with people consistently through the years. As their needs evolve, our relationship does, too.

Originally from Aspen, Colorado, I moved to the Front Range in the early 2000s. I earned a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado, focusing on restaurant design, marketing, and business management.

I worked in the commercial design industry and cut my teeth behind the bar at a busy Denver club. Over the years, I developed a deep appreciation for fine wine. I spent more than a decade in sales and marketing. I experienced nearly every channel of the wine industry, from distribution to production and education, eventually becoming a Certified Sommelier and starting my own small wine company, The Wine Ship.

When I launched my career in commercial real estate, I found a confluence of the skills I've acquired in design, construction, marketing, sales, planning, and, above all, service.

Having lived in Denver for nearly 20 years, I've watched this city evolve. The longer I'm here, the more inspired I am to contribute to the greatness of the Mile High City.

The unique skill set and perspective I bring to the business, paired with my intimate understanding of the Denver market, has been the most rewarding thing I could imagine.

Memberships & Certifications:

“Clients come to commercial real estate transactions with different backgrounds and perspectives. They have different goals, different budgets, different timelines, and different levels of experience. It's my responsibility to meet them where they're at and guide them to the best and highest use of their funds, time, and resources.

It's not much different from helping someone choose the perfect wine. Service is everything. Instead of changing their evening with a great bottle, I get to help change their future by finding an ideal property.
